Director of Operations

Margo Williams is in her third decade of expierence in the field of patient-centered care.  As Director of Operations, she is committed to ensuring that Circle of Life's residents are treated with respect, love and dignity.
Margo has studied and worked with key professionals throughtout her career.  As a result, she has developed a continuing and ever-improving understanding of the various care methodologies available and implemented for those challenged with Alheimer's Dementia.
Prior to joining Circle of Life, she was an Ombudsman.  In that role, Margo advocated  for residents of assisted living facilities and nursing homes.


Director of Quality Management

Joel is the Director of Quality Management at Circle of Life.  His team is responsible for assuring that processes and procedures exist for ALL resident-focused activities as mandated by statute and regulations on federal, state and local levels. 

Joel was awared his Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry from the University at Albany. He is celebrating his fifth wedding anniversary with his wife Phyllis.


Caregiver Education, Training & Liaison

Sherry is from Central Illinois where she was born and raised.  She has two amazing daughter.
Her career has always focused on healthcare.  She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has almost fifteen years of experience gained from working at nursing homes -- the majority in the Alzheimer's unit.
Sherry is a Certified Caregiver and was awarded an Assisted Living Managers License -- both licenses granted by the State of Arizona.  Sherry holds both an Associate's in Human Service Management and a Bachelor's of Science in Heathcare Administration.  In addition, she is certified in Arizona as a CPR/First Aide Instructor.

Director of Marketing and Community Liason

For many years, Lucie has been intimately involved with arranging for the long-term care of seniors who are confronting a variety of mental and physical challenges. To carry out her mission, Lucie has developed close contacts in the communities of Northern Arizona.
To discharge her responsibilities, Lucie develops strong relationships with those needing assistance -- including their loved-ones -- in order to totally comprehend their needs and wishes.  Her goai is to find an optimal match for the senior with those facilities that will deliver health and comfort to their residents.
She has a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Business Administration  from Northern Arizona University.                                                                          


Resident Assessment/ Acivities Director

Peggy, like Sherry, is originally from Central Illinois where she was born and raised.  She relocated to Arizona so she could be close to her mother.

Peggy comes to our organization well prepared.  She was raised by a caregiver (her mother) and actually gave care at a young age and  as a volunteer, to seniors.

Peggy has alays had an interest in the brain and how it functions.  To further her interests and caregiving abilities, she is beginning study at Purdue University Global where is studying Behavioral Analysis and Psychology.

Peggy's hobbies include physical training, taking her cat, Tami, on walks and mountain climbing.
